Fern & Stone Construction is being developed as our separate builder business, with a focus on 360Collective’s housing and industrial projects.

 

The intended approach brings construction input into the early stages of feasibility, design and procurement. Modular design and modern methods of construction will be assessed where they suit a project’s approvals, site conditions, quality requirements and economics.

 

The model is intended to connect design, cost and delivery decisions earlier, while maintaining clear responsibilities between the developer and builder.
